What every domain is checked for
Each domain is scored against fixed thresholds. Fail any single check and the verdict is reject.
Organic traffic
Estimated organic visits per month. Sites below the minimum are rejected outright, and sites under 2,000 are noted as modest in the reasons.

Backlinks divided by referring domains. A high ratio means a lot of links from few sites, which is the footprint of a link network. Very large publishers are exempt, since their ratios run high naturally.

Full check onlyThe backlink spam score DataForSEO assigns to the domain. High scores are rejected, and medium scores are noted in the reasons.

Full check onlyThe site's top ranking keywords are checked against an off-niche list: gambling, adult content, net-worth and biography filler, CBD and vape, essay mills and movie piracy. If a large share drift off-niche, the site is rejected. With the AI topic check on, a second pass reads the same keywords for off-niche sites the list cannot catch.

Every domain gets one of two verdicts, plus the reasons behind it.
Passed every check that ran. The reasons still list caveats worth a look, such as modest traffic, an elevated link ratio or a medium spam score.
Failed at least one hard threshold, or had no backlink data at all, which is common for brand-new domains. The reasons say which check decided it.

Frequently asked questions
Is the tool free?
Yes. Without an account you can check 3 new domains a day. A free account, created with just your email, raises that to 100 a month and adds CSV downloads. Domains checked in the last 90 days come from cache and do not count against either limit.
How does sign-in work?
There is no password. Enter your email, open the link we send you and you are signed in. The same link creates your account the first time. It works once and expires quickly, and one account works across all of Zevahit's free tools.
Where does the data come from?
Traffic, backlink and keyword data comes from DataForSEO. These are third-party estimates, so use the verdict to screen a long list, then look at the shortlisted sites yourself.
What is the difference between a quick screen and the full check?
The quick screen checks traffic, authority and link ratio only, so it is faster. The full check also pulls the spam score and the site's top keywords, which is where off-niche sites get caught.
Why was a good-looking site rejected?
A site is rejected if it fails any single check, even when everything else looks healthy. Sites with no backlink data are rejected too, which can happen with brand-new domains. The reasons column names the check that decided it.
Does an accept mean the link will work?
No. Accept means the site passed every check that ran. It does not promise rankings or a good fit for your client. Read the reasons, and open the site before you buy a link.
Do you keep the domains I submit?
We store each run and its results so the CSV download works, and we cache each domain's metrics for up to 90 days so repeat checks come back quickly. If you create an account we also keep your email address and how much of your allowance you have used.
